This Privacy Policy explains how RouteEU ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses and safeguards your personal data when you visit routeeu.com (the "Website") or otherwise interact with us. It complies with the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection of 25 September 2020 (revFADP) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

We are a small Swiss startup and are not required to appoint a statutory Data Protection Officer under Art. 37 GDPR / Art. 24 revFADP. If you need our postal address for the exercise of your rights, please request it by email; we do not publish it online for security reasons.
